What does it mean to have a customized dental implant procedure?  There are two types of doctors or clinics that perform dental implant full mouth restorations.  The first are those who offer only one standard procedure.
Not Customized; One Standard Procedure
Those who offer only one standard procedure may propose a few variations. For the most part, their business model is to perform only one basic kind of treatment.  For example, one well known national chain that advertises heavily on TV only offers the immediate load all-on-four fixed option.  Another company with multiple clinics only offers anchored dentures which is sometimes called an implant supported removable.  Therefore, those doctors generally can only offer one type of procedure and that may or may not be the right one for you.
Customized; Multiple Procedures
The second type of doctor or clinic are those who offer multiple types of procedures and customize one that fits your personal situation.  Every patient is different with their own unique conditions and circumstances.  Medically, no two mouths are the same so it stands to reason that one standard procedure may not be appropriate for everyone.  To have the right solution for each person requires a customized treatment plan designed just for them.  Also, every person has different financial resources and circumstances so even if the most expensive procedure might fit their medical needs, they may not be able to afford it.
